When it’s Time to Focus on YOU and Not Your Illness
At Jomel Palliative and Hospice Care, we are dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate care to those facing life-limiting illnesses, ensuring a dignified and comfortable journey for our patients and their families.
Hospice helps individuals in the final stages of life, live with comfort and dignity. Hospice is a program of care that includes pain and symptom management, emotional and spiritual support, and family counseling. Skilled compassionate care is provided by hospice professionals and volunteers most often in the familiar surroundings of the patient’s home. Our hospice team is also available to provide the same comprehensive care in hospital, nursing home, or other in-patient settings.
